The title of this post is an old fashioned Indian-English greeting to friends and acquaintances when you meet them after a while. Today, however, this sentence has vital significance because our general health is not very good.

We eat junk food that ruins our metabolism.
We prefer sedentary to active leisure.
We lack physical stamina, endurance, agility, strength, balance, flexibility and fitness.

I do earnestly believe that my students should all focus on good health as the basic building block of success in life.

I am not just referring to sickness and medicine and doctors here. All that comes under ‘Cure’, whereas good doctors recommend prevention instead of cure.

So, I am going to draw your attention to ‘Prevention’ or building up good health through a balanced diet and regular exercise.
