Dear Parent / Authorised Guardian

A dad may not always catch you before you fall…
but he picks you up, brushes you off, and lets you try again.

Fathers of students of Classes VI-X are invited to play a friendly Fathers-n-Wards Cricket Match at school from 9:30 am-12:15 pm on 17 June 2017 to celebrate Father’s Day. It’s a fun game with no expertise required. Please come and celebrate Father’s Day with your ward.

In case of students whose father is unable to attend, their grandfather or any father-figure in their life is welcome to attend.

Please send Parent Consent for Father’s Day latest by 14/06/17.

General Parent Teacher Meet (PTM) for Classes VI-X students is also scheduled on 17 June 2017. Parents / Authorised Guardians with academic enquiries are invited to meet teachers as per the schedule below, and to watch the cricket match:

Contd…

  • Please do not bring children to PTM as there is no one to monitor their safety at school.
  • Please be punctual and wait in queue for your turn. Do not keep other parents waiting for too long.
  • In case your problem requires more discussion, you can meet the teacher by prior appointment on a later date.
  • You are expected to sort out individual problems immediately over phone, without waiting for the next PTM.
  • Parents without RFID-card will not be allowed entry. Please present your Parent RFID-card at the gate for identification, in compliance with security regulations for your ward’s safety at school, and to prevent entry of unauthorised persons on the school campus. If you need a duplicate parent I-card (attending PTM directly from work / I-card with your pick-up vehicle driver), then please apply in writing to the principal, stating reason.
  • Students will arrive and disperse at their usual time by their usual transport.
