  • Only parents are allowed to attend the Parent-Teacher Meeting to discuss the academic performance of your ward. Do not send tuition teacher / relative / any other person.

  • Parents with wards at different timings on the same date should preferably attend at the later timing.
  • Teachers will only be available as per scheduled dates and timings on PTM date. Entry at school gate will be closed at least 15 minutes before PTM closure.
  • No student should be present at school during PTM unless the teacher gives a notification to meet parents and student together.
  • Do not bring children to PTM as there is no one to monitor their safety at school.
  • Be punctual and wait in queue for your turn. Do not keep other parents waiting for too long.
  • In case your problem requires more discussion, you can meet the teacher by prior appointment on a later date.
  • You are expected to sort out individual problems immediately over phone, without waiting for the next PTM.
  • Present your Parent RFID-card at the gate for identification, in compliance with security regulations for your ward’s safety at school, and to prevent entry of unauthorised persons on the school campus. Parents without RFID-card may not be allowed entry.
