24.07.2017 Communication from Delhi Public School Tapi

Dear Parent / Authorised Guardian

Further to the advisory of National Payment Corporation of India, DPS Tapi will migrate all existing Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) to “National Automated Clearing House” (NACH) for the collection of your ward’s Fee.

NACH is a web-based solution to facilitate interbank electronic transactions, which are repetitive and periodic in nature. NACH aims to replace and consolidate multiple existing Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) systems across India and create a quicker and more efficient clearing platform. The existing ECS mandates will now be moved to the NACH platform, in partnership with the participating banks. For more information related to NACH you may visit www.npci.org.in

Steps to be followed:

  1. The NACH Form and Guidelines for filling NACH form have been handed over to your ward along with this circular.
  2. Complete the enclosed NACH Form without any overwriting on it. Carefully read the detailed instructions in the enclosed sample NACH form.
  3. Send also one Cancelled Blank Cheque of the account from which your NACH will be generated for your ward’s fee. Write your ward’s admission number and name behind the cancelled Cheque.
  4. Enter your existing (ECS) bank details. If there is any change in bank details then contact DPS Admin Office.
  5. Send the (a) completed NACH Form and (b) cancelled cheque in a sealed envelop to the class teacher of your ward on or before 29 July 2017.
  6. For any queries pertaining to NACH you may get in touch with our Accounts Office at 0261-2654014 (Mon-Fri,10 am – 1 pm) before 29.07.17.

Note: This circular is for those parents who have not submitted NACH form for their ward.

Dr. Sanjukta Sivakumar
